Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Sourcr.net ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "user") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Sourcr.net specializes in web design, branding, and app development. We collaborate with clients to bring their ideas to life through customized digital solutions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Project-Based Services

    All Sourcr services are delivered on a project basis, with scope, timeline, and deliverables defined before work begins.

    To start the project, 50% of the total fee is due upon signing. The remaining 50% is due after 30 calendar days.

    This structure allows both parties to move forward with clarity, balanced commitment, and a well-defined process from strategy to launch.

    Projects are planned, designed, built, and delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline.


  • Ongoing Services and Maintenance

    Ongoing improvements, updates, support, or maintenance are not included by default after project delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

    If continued support, maintenance, or further development is needed after launch, these services may be provided under a separate agreement, based on the scope and level of support required.

    Any additional work beyond the original project scope will be quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of the final deliverables. Sourcr.net reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

The agreement includes a 6-month minimum subscription commitment. If the Client terminates the agreement before the end of the minimum term, the Client remains responsible for all remaining subscription payments due for the remainder of the 6-month term.

Upon completion of the minimum term, the subscription may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sourcr.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Delaware Court of Chancery. If the Court of Chancery lacks subject matter jurisdiction, such action or proceeding shall be brought in any state or federal court located within the State of Delaware. Both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on personal jurisdiction or venue.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
